No hosts are available for /svc/world-v1

I am able to run the k8s example below
setup

request

http_proxy=$(kubectl get svc l5d -o jsonpath="{.status.loadBalancer.ingress[0].*}"):4140 curl world-v1

response

world (10.42.0.10)!

I tried to change the hello-world.yml with my hello-world app which runs on port 8080, so I changed the image and the ports in my config and reinstalled the configuration

image: zshaik/simple-err

request

http_proxy=$(kubectl get svc l5d -o jsonpath="{.status.loadBalancer.ingress[0].*}"):4140 curl world-v1
